Yes. Helicopter operations can be impacted by heavy rain, fog, or strong winds.
In such cases, the flight may be rescheduled or canceled to ensure safety.
You can choose to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
How many people can board the helicopter flight?
If the group is larger, passengers are distributed among 3, 4, or 5-seater helicopters, according to the need.
How do scheduling and check-in work?
To ensure availability on the desired day and time, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
On the day, arrive 30 minutes in advance. This way we can complete check-in and provide safety instructions before boarding.
What is the difference between private and shared flights?
Shared flight: available seats may be occupied by other passengers.
Private flight: the entire aircraft is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
Can I bring children?
Yes!
Children under 2 years old: travel on laps, at no additional cost.
From 2 years old: can fly normally, accompanied by guardians.
